Public offer
1. Basic Terms
This Agreement constitutes an official offer (public offer) by the members of the Tradeuz GmbH network (hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”) to enter into a contract for the provision of paid services for cargo transportation, customs clearance, and other additional services by Tradeuz GmbH related to international delivery under the conditions specified in this offer.
• Executor – means any member of the Tradeuz GmbH network.
• Acceptance – means the Customer’s complete and unconditional acceptance of the Offer, including all its provisions and any other conditions arising therefrom.
• Agreement – means the contract for the provision of paid services for the receipt, transportation, and delivery/handing over of the Cargo to the Recipients, concluded between the Executor and the Customer through Acceptance of this Offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
Under the terms of this Agreement, the Executor undertakes, at the Customer’s request, to provide the following services:
• Receipt, transportation, and delivery/handing over of the Cargo to the Recipients.
The service shall be deemed to commence upon the procedure of receiving the Cargo from the Customer for transportation and/or the issuance of a Waybill and/or a service request. The service is considered rendered from the moment an act/invoice is issued to the Customer.
3. Acceptance
The Customer shall be deemed to have concluded an Agreement with the Executor and accepted all the terms of this Offer (Acceptance) in any of the following cases:
• Submission of a request via the official Tradeuz GmbH website, to the Executor’s corporate email, or through other messaging platforms.
• Making payment for the transportation of the Cargo.
• Handing over the Cargo to the Executor.
4. Determination of Cargo Value. Insurance
The value of the Cargo is determined by its actual cost, as reflected in the Waybill. Cargo insurance is a paid service. The Executor may, on its own behalf and at the Customer’s additional expense, insure the transported Cargo.
5. Prohibited Items and Dangerous Goods
The Executor does not accept for transportation:
• Cargo that the Executor deems dangerous, as well as cargo that may cause harm to other Customers’ cargo.
• Cargo containing items whose circulation is prohibited by the legislation of the countries of origin and destination.
